Report Template for Referenced by Parts

Has anyone written a Report in Report Management that give you all the referenced by parts for a document? The basic report is no problem but I'm getting a little hung up on getting only the latest rev for each part.

Latest Iteration is a direct pick but need to use a relatively obscure Sub Select technique to get Latest Revision.
This is primarily because Revision series can be anything.
