WF5.0 files not showing up from Windchill

I am using WF5.0 and Windchill 9.1. Today I downloaded an assembly file from windchill into a new workspace and then opened it in ProE and it opens with errors and files missing. 4 days ago I did the same thing with no errors, completely loaded fine in ProE. No one has worked on the file since, now I am wondering what would cause the problem in getting errors today? I think that maybe there is a relationship issue from Windchill to ProE that must have been tampered with over the weekend that is causing this, however I cannot pinpoint the issue. Has anyone else had this happen?
