Is the info modeler free from PTC or is there inital cost and yearly maintenance?

Greg, it is an additional module that, I believe, needs to be purchased (I don't know the cost). If you have access to it you'll see it on your downloads page. See http://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS66175 for information on where to find it.
