Workgroup Manager for CATIA V5

We currently use Windchill 9.0 M050 for all of our Pro/E models. Now we need to start using CATIA for some of our projects, so we would like to use the Workgroup Manager for CATIA V5. According to the documentation we would need to purchase the
CATIA V5 RADE at ~$20K.
I looked at the achieve on the exploder and it looks like this question has been asked before, but without any responses. So I am going to ask it again hoping that they were just private responses.
Is anyone successfully using the Workgroup Manager for CATIA V5? Pros/Cons/Pitfalls/Hindsight
