WTPart Structure Differences - but flattened (Parts List)?

Has anyone done a combination of (WTPart Structure) Differences and a Consolidated Parts List Report?

Use case is to compare a flattened Parts List, ignoring Gathering Parts between two different versions of a Part Structure.
