How to create repeat region BOM table as per requirement given in description?

Hi..

 

I want to create repeat region BOM table , details are as below.

Here 6A,6B,6C etc. are fasterns.

So we want to create BOM table such that it will as per model tree and if any part/asm repeat sequentially then it will show once and add in QTY. but if same part/asm comes in model tree later then it should add one more row instead to add in existing row.

 

So how can i create this type of repeat region BOM table by using anything relation / filter etc.
