Creo View Error while using iPAD, Can someone guide to resolve this?

I need help to resolve the Error while using Creo View over the iPad as below.

1. We are using Apple iPad 9.7 with 128GB storage and 2GB RAM.

iOS 14.6, iPad (6th Generation), Model MR7J2HN/A
