CREO VIEW LOADING BAR

hi,

i have a problem with Creo View; sometimes whern opening an assembly trough Windchill the loading bar get stuck at 99% (more or less) and it never grows.

Our version is old but it never shows before

 

Creo View 3.1

Windchill 10.2

Creo View 3.1 is not supported anymore - ideally you shall upgrade to latest version (of both Windchill & Creo View too). This is most likely the issue browser restrictions or missing content.
