Illustrate and Creo version compatibility

I want to know about the compatibility of illustrate and creo version.

For example, would it be a problem to work on illustrate 9.1 with the results you worked on creo 8.0 version?

I would appreciate it if you could give me a document or answer related to this.

This information is included in the PTC Technical Graphics Compendium

There is a table "Creo Illustrate Supported Import File Types" on page 7 that specified the supported versions of Creo Parametric.

Like Creo View, Creo Illustrate is backwardly compatible with several versions of Creo Parametric.
