Pan or rotate using keyboard - Creo View Express

Is there a way to pan my view of the model left/right/up/down using the keyboard in Creo View Express?

 

Is there a way to rotate using the keyboard?

 

I've found out how to zoom using the keyboard (Ctrl + for zoom in, Ctrl - for zoom out) but panning and rotating escapes me.

I found that page already, but I couldn't work out what it's telling me to do.

Those keyboard rotate shortcuts (R, L, T, B, N, K) rotate the view to the 6 standard orientations. I want to be able to rotate to an angle of my own choosing.

It says I can press F3 for free rotation. Doing so brings up a sphere with the 3 rotation axes, but I can't see how to select one of those rotation axes and actually rotate on it using the keyboard.

I also can't see anything on the page about panning left/right or up/down.
