Schematics 9.0 integration into Windchill

I am using Creo Schematics Release 9.0 and Datecode 0.0.0

How is Schematics 9.0 integrated into Windchill. The WWGM 12.1.1.1 does not offer Schematics 9.0 as an application.

I think schematics requires a special WGM provided by a third-party. 

My notes say the cost is ~$1.8K/year if you get a 4 year subscription.

The 3rd Party Vendor is called Virtual Interconnect

 

The Work Group Manager is a client side install with no modifications to the actual Windchill Server.

Licenses are Floating and come from a site license server.
