The difference between the create view adapter and the dilute adapter in the windchill

Hello to all
Windchill is working on it using Creo illustrate. Previously, I was using Creo View Adapter to convert illustrater data without any problems.

However, I found that it is an illustrater adapter.
The document says that it converts illustrater data with this, but I don't know a separate difference.

As a result, what is the difference between the Creo View adapter and the Illustrater adapter? I was wondering why the Illustrater adapter has a separate installation file.
