WEBGL to view CAD assemblies using chrome

we are using windchill 12 and don't have access to creo view as the chromeOS doesn't support this app.
i saw the chrome browser has webgl enabled but when i am clicking on the visualization, nothing is happening. please guide me here.

Do you have a picture of what you clicking on in the browser?  Creo View must be installed on the computer. What version of Creo View do you have?  Every Chromium browser (Google, Mozilla and Edge) should be compatible.

Hi Bill,

 

we have few users using ChromeOS/macOS and the Creo view is not compatible with these OS. in this scenario how can these users view the CAD models.

 

I am clicking on the light weight representation that is visible on the information page.
