08/10/2021 Green bar removal and Solved topics

Long time coming: we removed the green bar on top of each topic. I allows the elements of the column on the right to move up. We also shaved a few pixels off the topic title. 

With it, we also removed the word "Solved" to have just the check mark.

    Great, sure an improvement!

    Is this supposed to be already live? I am asking because I was curious, disabled my ad-blocker and this is what I saw:

    Not live yet. I put the go live date in the title of the topic: this coming Tuesday (mid-day EST). But I make sure that this group knows what's coming a few days before. We started a biweekly cycle for this. It may be affected by vacations at this time of the year. Some changes will be important for this group while others not so much, we'll see.
    This change is among the ones we can do ourselves, within the small Community team. Others require development involving more resources, internal or not. We are taking steps in that direction too. For ex: we need to change the outdated layout of the home page. This review started with another PTC team to determine who the page is for (typically new / recent members) and what we want them to know and do, etc. More on this later.
