08/10/2021 URL default open in a new page

A change already live as of couple of days ago. Our vendor Khoros had to do it independently from our own schedule.  

From now on, when you insert a link in a post, the default target will be to open in a new page (tab). 

It will not affect the existing links on posts in the past. It will apply only to the new posts / links composed after the change.
