Log4j messsage banner - is it just me?

Starting today, when I browse over to this site, I get a message banner as shown in the attached image.

I'm using Firefox as my browser, V95.0, Windows 10.

Is this something to be concerned about?

        This is not the site generating a warning, rather it's PTC announcing a problem to the community.  Should probably have been worded a little differently...

          EDIT: oh wait, I see it on the homepage!

          I'm guessing a lot of people never go to the homepage.  Probably should have configured the banner to show up on all pages instead of just the homepage.
