Requirements for Submitting a Lithium Case Portal Ticket

Thank you for always giving such great feedback and possible solutions!
I wanted to show you what I have to enter into the Lithium Case Portal to report an issue or question.
I always need description, url where issue is happening, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, actual behavior, and browsers/operating systems experiencing the issue. I can usually go through the posts to figure this out, but when you email me a screenshot or post a screenshot as an issue, please also list the browsers you are testing. This is helpful and expedites the process of resolving the issue. Thank You! Jaime Lee
