Slight error in coding for the notifications area of the Community "front page"

I notice that if a solution has been accepted for any of the responses to a question I have participated in, the notifications at the front page of the community (home page, maybe?) always says

<USER> accepted your solution to <PROBLEM>

Even when one of my responses is not the one the original poster designated as the answer. Perhaps a bit of a coding miss on the home page generator?
