Creo 4.0 Assembly Constraint Menu not appearing when I assemble a new part or sub assy into the assy

I have restarted my workstation , but it still does not show up, I have been working on this assembly for a few days w/o any issues until this AM

I renamed the .wf file & now all of my saved settings have also disappeared as well!

Seems your UI settings were saved in .wf. Reset back to original.

There was another solution for that Post ... more specifically it is

"Rest Panels Position" is available under File > Options > Window Settings "Rest Panels Position".
