Dimension Arrow Options For Tail Length

Hello, I am adjusting the size of the dimension arrows in the detail options to make them smaller since we have many drawings where they are packed full of dimensions. I found the options to adjust the arrowhead height and length, but I can't find one to shorten the length of the tail. (see attached picture).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
