Numbered list in Notes

Any procedure (besides doing it manually, which doesnt maintain proper format) to create numbered list inside Creo notes in drawing environment?

Nope - at least as of Creo 4.

No numbered lists, no bullets, no spellchecking.

Please post a product idea about this.

The best option I am aware of to deal with this is to use a text editor (MS Word) to create all standard notes for reuse. These files can be imported to Creo drawings as notes. There are some formatting quirks that you will have to deal with but once you learn how they behave it is a non-issue. This also ensures that your standard notes can be derived from controlled documents if you choose.

I have a list of common notes in a .txt file I use (mostly for consistency and reduces typos)

This has been mentioned to the product managers at previous PTC/User meetings so I think it is on their minds. No idea if and when it might be implemented.

We have a mapkey that calls an excel file that then walks the user through picking standardized notes. The excel file then dumps to a text file which is then imported into Creo.
