weld symbol Reference

I am trying add multiple lines in the reference section of a weld symbol. Is that possible? If possible, how can i do that? 

Want something like the attached image.

The weld symbol need to be defined for multiple lines of reference.  Our symbol is set up for 0, 1, 2, or3 lines of reference.  Depending upon the reference selected the correct note will be active in the symbol.
