Windchill BOM from Creo Schematics report

I am using Creo Schematics 4.0 M010

Hello,

Trying to create a report of BOM along with tag number (topologic number) in order to integrate to Windchill.
Process design, not electrical.
Problem is that a part (as for Windchill) can have multiple tags (so quantity should be 1 and not as many as tags).
Ideal will be an xml file that I can import into Windchill) or directly create the Windchill BOM when checking in the rsd conception.
