Isoview Installation was successful but somehow, the active x pop up does not come out in explorer.

I am currently downloading Isoview 7.3 to my laptop windows 10 pro, explorer 11 for My Boeing fleet

Installation was successful but somehow, the active x pop up does not come out in explorer.

Usually for PCs, pop up of active x saying 'allow PTC' but this time nothing happens.

Any solution?
