Calculation of area under a curve through x,y data points

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0

I have a curve generated using a trace that connects plotted x,y points. How can I use Mathcad to calculated the area under that curve?

    This function calculates the area under the curve defined by x and y data.
    It uses the triangle rule:
