This program used to give me several options to arrange the rebars in a beam cross section in one layer.
Now i want to make it as a function and use it for several layers.
CS is the spacing between the bars. If it exceeds sn, which is minimum spacing between the bars, it should automatically go to second layer and place the bars there. 
Attached the file, which works for one layer. I do not know how to loop, so that it considers the bars in second layer.
could someone help me here.

Here i am calculating required Ast usind effective depth d, which is dependent on Sp, that CG of the bars.
