install mathcad prime

Dear ptc-community,

 

I currently have a problem re-installing mathcad Prime.

 

When using the installer-file (pim_installmgr_mathcad) I can only get to the third page, where I usualy dicide which part of the software to be installed (I attached a screenshot). Now this page is empty, so I can not finish the installation.

 

Does anyonne know a solution? Or could it just be an issue with the ptc-server and I only have to try it another time?

 

my OS is Windows 7 professional x64.

This seems to be a common problem which luckily I did not have to experience yet.

Here's the link to a thread where some people report the same problem. Unfortunately no problem fix so far.
