Hello,

My CREO student version 11.0.0.0  license expired yesterday 10th of august 2025.

I don't know how to renew it, I am in a big trouble now, as I was working on a large personal modeling project since more than on year...

Could someone help me ?

Hi,

I finally found the way to reinstate my educational CREO Parametric license ! So I give the solution to my own qustion 😉

Simply reinstall the software using this installation guide :

Hi,

  • remove invalid license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
  • run reconfigure.exe from CREO11\Parametric\bin directory

You can also request license file via email. Please read https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Education-Forum/Creo-Parametric-9-0-Student-Edition-Licence-error/m-p/897846 discussion.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for your message. I removed all expired license files form the C:\ProgramData\Parametric\bin  directory as suggested. Then I ran the reconfigure.exe file. A window opened where the only selectable option is "Reconfiguration of licenses in an existing installation". Then I click Next, a new window opens where I can select "I have no license"  . Another windows opens on PTC eSupport, but it fails with the following message :
