I am attempting to install Creo 9 on my Windows 11 Pro 64bit (i7-10875H) laptop.
Running setup.exe (version 37.0.2022.72) as admin fails to run.

Following another post's instructions (Solved: running setup.exe does nothing - Creo 8.0 - PTC Community) for Creo 8.0, I have disabled hypervisor. The issue still persists.
I attempted to install it within a Windows 10 Pro Hypervisor VM on my computer, which was able to install Creo Parametric 9 successfully but immediately crashed upon making a new part file - I assume due to running inside a VM.
Creo Parametric 8 installs and runs correctly on my machine, no errors when installing or creating parts.
Creo Parametric 9 also installs fine on my Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Home.
The issue is with installing Creo Parametric 9 on Windows 11 Pro specifically from what I understand. Are there any workarounds to install Creo Parametric 9 on Win 11 Pro successfully?
Article - "Is Creo Parametric supported on Windows 11":
These articles just tell me that Creo Parametric 9.0 is supported on Windows 11 Pro. Does not tell me any way to resolve setup.exe failing to run on a Windows 11 Pro Machine, which the PDF states is supported. Windows 11 Home is fine, however.
For further information this is my Windows version
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 9/20/2022
OS build 22621.675

I am aware that the PDF you linked states that Windows 11 Pro 21H2 is supported, not 22H2. However, this issue persisted before I updated on 21H2 as well. Creo 8 also installs fine on 22H2, just Creo 9's setup fails to run entirely.
Creo 9 also installs fine on, on another device, so it is not 22H2, but rather some issue with Creo 9's installer on specifically Win 11 Pro
Edition Windows 11 Home Insider Preview

This post is almost 2 years old, but please, please, please tell me that you found a workaround. I am having this EXACT issue and have not found any answers, and without the software I will absolutely fail my class.
I wasn't able to find a workaround unfortunately. I instead had to back up my data and clean reinstall Windows on, using an inactivated version of Windows 11 Home. Do not try and do a downgrade from 11 Pro to 11 Home, instead do a clean reinstall or a dual boot of 11 Home. The downgrade doesn't work correctly, and the installer still crashed for me.
