Installation errror

"The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid
Reference #9.cf161602.1605141640.59dbbf7" . This is the error i keep seeing every time i click on the download manager link for the Creo 7.0. Is there anything i can do to download the free student version.

    I started download from Chrome browser ... it works well.
