we are having some issues with obtaining the latest maintenance release of Creo 10 (Creo 10.0.6.0).
I have followed the instructions as per the documentation. But ended up going to a page where my customer number could not be identified.
Further to this, the setup exe did not install any maintenance releases. This leaves us locked into Creo 10.0.0.0, without jumping onto Creo 11.
Previously, we have been using the MBD features that are specific to Creo 10.0.6.0.
Therefore, it would be great if we could synchronise with this, as the University's IT team takes decades to action anything. If anyone could kindly provide a solution to obtain the latest maintenance release that would be great.
