Licensing fail Creo 7.0

Hello

 

I just tried du refresh the student licens for Creo 7.0. I get an error in the PTC installationsassistens, when i try to refresh the licens.

 

Thats the licens i got from my professor:

 

BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI

I used the code: BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12 instead ok the code my professor gave me (BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI) and now it worked.

Is this a problem for my account in the future?

I don't know that of course, but I suppose it shouldn't be a problem,

Hi,

remove all files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory and try again.

I tried it and it still doesn´t work...

Is it possible to get an other licence file?

It would help me a lot 🙂
