After purchasing the student license and attempting to enter the license key to enable the product, I receive an error message below after some time, with no explanation provided. I have checked that my IP address is correct and ensured that it is not an issue with the antivirus. I even restored my PC to factory settings to see if the problem was on my side, but the issue persists. For this reason, I request a response or a solution to resolve this. Thank you and good day.
