"ERROR LOADING PLAYER: COULD NOT LOAD PLAYER CONFIGURATION"

Several of our users and myself included have recently started getting this error message when we try to view one of the tutorials from Learning Connnector. It tells us to download the latest Flash Player and I have done this several times and I'm still getting the error message. Has anybody else encountered this issue or have a solution to this problem?

Mike,

The same thing happened to me.  I don't have any answers, though!

I am new to this whole PTC family of software, so I don't know anything about it.  I was hoping to get help from the tutorials, but the won't run.

I have downloaded the latest Flash Player and Learning Connector acts like it's not there.

Mike and Kathy,

PTC University is aware of the issue and my Precision LMS development team is actively working on it now as a high priority.

As a workaround, you can do the following:

  1. Launch course from Learning Connector
  2. Click Add to Recently Viewed
  3. Launch Precision LMS
  4. Launch the course from Recently Viewed pane
