Image doesn't show in Parametric

Hello. I'm trying to use an image as a reference for modelling, but when I add it to the scene it only show a white rectangle or a white rectangle with black artifact.

I'm using Creo Parametric 7.0 with a student license.

Most likely a graphics card issue. See this recent thread for possible resolution.
