Unable to modify dimensions in sketch

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.2.0

I'm unable to edit sketches. When attempting to define any sketch (stand alone, for extrusion, revolve, section, etc.) by editing dimensions, the dimension will open for editing, but will close again immediately before I can type in new value. I double click dimension to edit and it allows editing for a fraction of a second before locking again, as if I double clicked and then immediately hit "enter" to set.
