I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150

We currently face a challenge in opening “.lay files”.
Is that part missing in “PROE_DesignEssG”

Here are the errors that I faced

I understand but it looks like Notebook is missing in Creo Essentials.

In Creo Advanced the module Notebook is available but can’t find any article where it is stated that Notebook is NOT available in Creo Essentials.

Unfortunately Creo Essentials does even not open.
