Revision and Baseline they have a lot in common but they can be used differently.

But I cannot find any article to describle clearly but briefly their differences.

Could anyone share your idea with me? Thanks a lot

I generally prefer to give answers as opposed to providing links to docs, but I think that in this case the docs have lots of good information about this and the answers to a lot of questions.

    Hi Ke Xin Li,

here are my assumptions about these two fields:

Revision => is valid until 10.4, after that the fields have been taken over by the new Versioning functionality - Menu: Document > Check-In

Baseline => is valid before and after 10.4. Is dedicated to Documents only. - Menu: Document > Baseline

    Does this help?
