How to obtain previous revision of member without Change Package

Hello Support,

In a project user has OpenProject and FetRevision permission allowed and BypassChangePackageMandatory permission denied as well as no permission to create Change Package for the project.

In the Project Policy, ChangePackage is Mandatory.

In a Sandbox for the project, user wants to select a previous revision of a member by performing "Update Revision" and "Resynchronize" menu items.

But "Update Revision" fails because there is no Change Package for it.

How does the user obtain a previous revision of a member?

Any clue?

Thank you.

Regards

Using "Update Revision" will change the member revision for the project (and all sandboxes), and so requires a change package.

To fetch a revision in the sandbox that is not the member revision, you can check out the revision unlocked.  Not locking the member means that no change package is required.

This will update the sandbox working file with the correct revision contents.  The member revision will not change.
