Hi all,

 

it happened again Smiley Frustrated

 

just this morning I received my daily  "PTC Technical Support eNews & Alerts" newsletter and with some excitement I saw this:

The only problem is, that all the link in that mail are dead-ends and the PTC Download-Pages show no 12.1 content.

 

@MichaelChatel there still seems to be a problem in you internal email triggers.

There's still something going wrong with the notifications. 12.1 will be generally available on Dec. 21.

The links and uploads are posted internally for testing during this week, but the notifications to customers should not have been sent out. I've alerted the Release Manager of this issue.

Hi Matthias,

 

Part of this is very likely a manual task when they actually put up the files, so it's probably a timing thing, where the refresh hasn't happened immediately, yet you got the email.  When I checked after, all the links are working. So if you still can't see anything, let us know.

 

FYI, I've moved teams here at PTC, but have let the ALM folks know about this.
