Issue in saving field in integrity RV&S

Hello All,

 

I am facing issue in 1 field (drop down) saving in RV&S from Item Preview tab, this field is saving using Item -> Edit option. But when we change from preview tab on CTRL S its not processing.

Any idea how to debug.

No error recoreded in server log.
