MKS 2007 - Workflow and documents.

HI,

We have MKS 2007 running in our company. For MKS 2007, i cannot see the workflow and documents section in the MKS Administration. I do have the admin rights, but no one in the company either superadmin rights( either the person who had it left the organization or no one is aware of the super admin). Could you please help me access 'workflow and documents section' so that i can add new fields, change presentations for few types as we do in MKS 2009.

If you are locked out of Admin functions on your Integrity server, you can use Safe Mode to correct any settings. For more information on Safe Mode, please see this article:

Since you do have admin rights, could it be that you're not seeing "Workflows and Documents" because it wasn't called that in MKS 2007 ?

If you're comparing the 2009 and 2007 interfaces, the names will be different but you'll see the match. I'm sorry, I don't remember what that section was called. Do you have the 2007 Admin documentation? It should be in pdf on the server.
