MKS125274:Unable to launch the VDiff application using command

The context is Integrity 10.5, one user was not able to do the differencing at all using Beyond compare 2 as well as 4. tried couple of time reinstalling and configuring beyond compare , also reinstalled beyond compare. this is the error we get. if any one has any clue please ink it here, you will be much appreciated.
