PDF files could be imported into Integrity using Gateway

We having Integrity 10.4 server with latest Gateway. Could you please suggest that PDF could be imported into Integrity using Gateway as I am aware that gateway is used to import only word and excel files.

    Unfortunately, there is no direct way to import PDF files into Integrity using Gateway. This can be done using an intermediate step, however.

    You will need to use an external program to convert your PDF to a Word document. There are third party tools that can do this, and this can also be done in Adobe Acrobat 11 and later. Once your PDF is converted to a Word file, you can import it using Gateway as normal.

    Additionally, some of our customers have had our Global Services team create new parsers to import PDF files. You could speak with your PTC account manager to look into that option if importing directly from PDF is a business requirement.
