Problems with not reponding command line

Hi,

We encountered some trouble using the command "im about" in command line.

When we launch this command we have :

  • Sometimes it fail with these message : im: Unexpected socket termination reading from Integrity Client.
  • Sometimes nothing happen and the prompt wait for the client response.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Nicolas,

    I think you will need some more in-depth troubleshooting for this issue than the discussion forums can provide. Your best bet is to open a support case and get into a webex with them so that they can diagnose this.
