What happens if we increase the attachment size to 200 MB in mksis.im.maxAttachmentSize property file?

We have a need to increase the attachment size for Integrity Items to 200 MB. I know that the maximum attachment size can be increased upto 250 MB using mksis.im.maxAttachmentSize property file but for Microsoft SQL Server, it is recommended that the attachment size not exceed 64MB. Our server is Microsoft SQL Server.  I would like to know what will be effected if I increase the size to 200 MB? How badly this effects the system performance?
