    Hi Thien,

Windows 10 is not supported on your older Integrity 10.3 installation.

We support Windows 10, for Integrity client installs, with our more recent Integrity releases (ex.  as of Integrity 10.9, and also including current Integrity 11.0).

Here is our Integrity supported platforms page, which outlines the server/client platforms, for each 10.x version.

    http://support.ptc.com/appserver/wcms/standards/fileothumbredirect.jsp?&im_dbkey=142571&icg_dbkey=522

Part of the "support" is due to components that Integrity client relies on, as well, including bundled Java support for Windows 10, and also the InstallAnywhere support for Windows 10, which was not available back when Integrity 10.3 was released.
