Can't Find the AddOrUpdateDataTableEntry Service
As Shown in the below video there is a service known as AddOrUpdateDataTableEntry

which I cannot find in the ThingWorx while adding an Service.

Thank you for opening this post at community. I am curious which Thing Template you have inherited in this thing where you are trying to execute this service.
Try to use data table thing template as base template. I can see these services, check below screenshots.
