Hi All,

We are planning to install  TWX 9.2 in Azure with Azure Postgres as persistence providers. Is it supported?

If not , what others Database is supported for TWX 9.2 version in Azure. Kindly share any link for more information.

HI @koushal.

Azure PostgreSQL is not a supported DBMS.  Here is a link to the compatibility matrix for ThingWorx 9.2.   As an alternative, you can set up your Azure VM and install PostgreSQL, but it is not something Microsoft would manage.

Regards.

AzureSQL is supported (https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx/platform/r9/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx/Help/Composer/DataStorage/PersistenceProviders/using_azure_sql_server_as_the_persistence_provider.html)

I've also installed on Azure Postgres without issue but I'm not sure if it's officially supported.
