Can we use multiple persistent providers on Thingworx Sandbox?

hi,

We are using ptc sandbox having postgres as default persistent provider, if we want to use  MySql also one of the persistent provider is  it possible?

Please help us to know more on this.

Which persistence provider is your ThingWorx on right now?

Sorry i missed that your instance is hosted with PTC CS in which case you should open a support case with Cloud Services. They'll help you out on this.
